Life revolves around the stage and the big screen for Dreama Davidson. Look for her in the soon to be released major motion picture Step Up 4! Withtwenty four years of dance experience, her career has proven to become an undeniable success. Under the direction of some of theindustry's greatest,most creative producers and choreographers to include Elaine College,Nancy Hutson,Glen Douglas Packard,Fatima Robison,Dave Scott,Tina Landon,Don Holder,Wade Robson,Brian Friedman and Lucid Dreams Entertainment, Dreama has perfected her style,technique, and knowledge of the path she has chosen to pursue. With numerous accomplishments to validate her work in the arts,she has choreographed and performed for Musiq Soulchild,Busch Gardens theme parks, Brooke Hogan, NFL Pro Cheerleaders Alumni,Artist Jadakiss,Brandy Norwood,Montell Jordan,Yashi,Diversity 3, and Mystere. Currently she is represented by the world renowned dance agency, "Bloc" is the Creative Director for VYB Dance Company,and is the Dance Captain and feature lead actress in the the Broadway style musical "Katonga" at Busch Gardens theme park inTampa, Florida.She teaches master classes in Jazz and Hip Hop to hundreds of up and coming talented performers nationwide. Having determination, dedication and a strongwork ethic, Dreama has positioned herselfas a force in the dance industrysecuringa promisingfuture in an industry demanding only the best.

DemarioHenry
Demario Henry is currently a featured Hip Hop instructor at Patel Conservatory -Tampa Bay Performing Arts center in Tampa,FL and the Director and Founder of VYB dance company. He made his debut as a choreographer for the 2002 Gospel Stellar awards in Houston, Texas. He has opened for leading performance artists including, Fantasia, Ja rule, Brian Mcknight, and Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child. Born in Georgia, Henry moved to Florida when he was 11 years old where he first discovered his hidden talent and passion for dance at a local community church where he participated in free dance lessons. This Howard W. Blake Performing Arts Magnet school graduate was a performer in the musical production "Katonga" at Busch Gardens and makes a powerful impact on the bay area dance community.
Demario is the Founder of VYB Dance Companywhichhas become known in the community for its cutting edge performances, workshops, and weekly classes. In recent reviews, VYBs performances have been described by the bay area media as absolutely flawless with stunning dynamics. VYB strives to unify the community through its regular dance classes and talent showcases. Past events have included charity events benefiting Metropolitan Ministries and the American Heart Association, always focusing on the goal of meeting the needs of the community. Weekly hip-hop and jazz classes are held in the bay area.

Lito Hernandez
New York born and California bred, this performer brings with him over 14 years of Hip Hop dance and various other professional performing arts experiences to this years BCD IIII convention. He has graced the stage at many awards shows and other events featuring him such as the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center and nationally televised Super Bowl feature performer appearances.Asa Hip Hop dance instructorhis classes are so popular, according to the St. Pete Times, students count the days between classes because his choreography is so fierce! He has taught at numerous studios in the Tampa Bay area.This energetic choreographer brings a surprisingly old school feel that is perfectly mixed with a new age Hip Hop flavor. He is also a step and co-ed cheerleading champion.
Lito will be teaching Hip Hop and the NEW! BBoy/B Girl class at this year's Boot Camp Dance III. Learn to Pop,Lock, Freeze and more!
Matt Williams
Matt Williams is a Florida native, from Ft. Walton Beach. After spending 5 years in Italy, he then moved to Tampa, Florida where he spent most of his life. Matt is an entertainer of multiple genres of entertainment to include Singing, Acting, Musician, Poetry, as well as many areas of dance-specializing in Hip Hop. He attended The Florida School of the Arts as a Musical Theater Major, focusing on different areas of dance, music, and choreography.
Matt is currently teaching and choreographing with the Tampa Gymnastics and Dance. Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, and Hip Hop are among the styles he teaches and choreographs. Matt also choreographs for the studios award-winning Showstars Competition/Performance Dance Team. Matt has choreographed for other groups/dance studios such as the Academy of Performing Arts in St. Augustine, Florida as well as for the Orange Grove Middle School of the Performing Arts.
A performer of many trades, Matt finds a definitive love and passion for dance. An open-minded approach, along with a fun and contagious energy, Matts classes are definitely and experience to be had. His love for all, welcomes all..to come and experience life, laughter, and the beautiful art of dance.
Matt will be teaching Hip Hop at this year's Boot Camp Dance III.
CONTEMPORARY
Mandy Rae Richards Arroyo
(Artistic Director) began her career training locally in the Tampa Bay area. She continued her training at Howard W. Blake School of the Performing Arts where she received her master certification in the field of Dance Studies. Mandy Rae continued on to train at the University of South Florida where she obtained her degree in Secondary Education. Mandy has worked with world renowned teachers such as Mia Micheals, Dana Micheals, Gil Duldulao, Chris Judd, Laurie Ann Gibson, Brian Friedman, Wade Robson, Mandy Moore, Travis Wall, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Parsons Modern Dance Company, Moving Current Modern Dance Company, Manhattan Dance Project, Ray Leeper, Rhee Gold, John Parks, Leslie Brown, the off-touring casts of Rent, Showboat, Chicago, and Riverdance, along with so many other professionals in her field. Additionally, she has enjoyed performing at various venues throughout Tampa Bay, Miami, New York, Ft. Lauderale including but not limited to University of South Floridas Arts Day, University of South Florida Sundolls, Eddie Awards, Club 15s Annual Black and White Gala, Footloose Promotional Tour, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Caribbean Cruise Lines, Super Bowl Pre-Game and Half-Time Shows, The Pulse On Tour Faculty Pick Showcase, and Muse Inc.
Mandy Rae has won many awards performing in various competitions throughout Florida and has received over 50 choreography awards and recognition for her innovative choreography. Mandys choreography for competitive routines has won overall-competition awards as well as national titles. Mandy continues to increase her knowledge of the arts by attending master classes and conventions regularly.
She began teaching locally at the age of 14 and continued her teaching career in Miami teaching at Focal Point and Paramount Dance studios. Upon her return to Tampa she has expanded her reach by teaching at New Level Dance Center and New Tampa Dance Theater. She recently had the opportunity to teach master classes at her alma mater Blake High School. Additionally, Mandy has choreographed award winning routines for the Blake High School Dance Program.
This year Mandy also joined Plant High School as Choreographer and in only 5 weeks took the Danceros Dance Team to win the State Championship receiving additional State Titles in Solos and Duets. She enjoys teaching and plans to continue her dancing and teaching career.
Mandy Raes extensive training has enabled her to teach her pupils to quickly master and refine routines, as well as foster a sense of artistry and performance.
Most recently, Mandy Rae has embarked on a new journey in starting The Envy Dance Artistry Company and Raw Talent Dance Space. Her intent is to bridge the gap between amateur and professional dancers who are looking to continue to perfect their technique, artistry, and performance level. Her vision is to bring a new kind of Company to the Tampa Bay area.
JAZZ
Woodrow Walton
Woodrow Walton is a native of the Cayman Islands and has been immersed in the dance culture since the age of five. Woodrow has performed and choreographed for the Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade, Walt Disney World, The Elsa Pardo Dance Company, Atelier of Dance Company, Local Theater Companies, Jackie Balls School of dance, local dance and cheerleading teams. He has also choreographed half time and pre game shows for the Outback Bowl/Hall of Fame Bowl, NFL, MLS, NCAA Basketball and Football games, Various High School Marching Bands and the award winning Tampa Gymnastics and Dance Showstar Performance Teams.
He has trained in the areas of Tap, Jazz, Classical Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical, Drill Team, Musical Theater, Acrobatics, Cheerleading and Choreography on national and international levels. He has trained under such teachers as Joe Tremaine, Judith Jamison, Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive, John Parks, Frank Hatchett, Barry Youngblood, Elsa Pardo, Jackie Balls, Joffery Ballet Summer Intensive, Sandra Sears, Hinton Battles Studio, Rhee Gold, Rennie Gold.His performances include such musicals as A Chorus Line, Grease, Broadway Revue, A. My Name is Alice , Into The Woods. Woodrow has performed in such ballets as: Alladdin, Four Seasons, Coppelia, Romeo & Julliet, 12 Dancing Princess, Variations from Nutcracker, and Sleeping Beauty.He attributes his career to his family, friends, teachers, and the love of dance and theater.

Ashley Massicotte
AJ was born and raised in Tampa, Florida she graduated from the University of Tampa and took on her dream of opening New Level Dance Company (NLDC) in 2009 (Tampa,Florida). Her dance career started at an early age of 4 years old, at 12, she began touring Florida in Broadway shows presented by SLT Productions, and at the age of 15 she began teaching all ages, levels, and disciplines of dance at many local studios.
Currently, AJ is dancing with Event Show Productions and Enigma Dance Kru. She recently finished a job with Disney as one of the main dancers in the Hannah Montana Video Game, which is now available in stores nationwide! Most of her training comes from the master instructors that she studied with in New York City. Many of which include some of the top names in the dance industry such as Savion Glover, Luigi, Randy Skinner, Bev, Jermaine Goodson, the list goes on, not to mention the countless local performances she does each year; dancing in fashion shows, the Florida State Fair, corporate events, charity events etc. After winning national titles and overall awards at countless competitions, she now runs a competition team of her own at NLDC. She also choreographs for many local studios and competitive dance teams.
"The name New Level Dance Company truly speaks for itself, because that's exactly what we're here to do.....take dance to a whole new level".
Ashley will be this year's Technical Jazz instructor at BCD III.

Grace Albritton
Grace brings to Boot Camp Dance talents in Pro cheerleading, collegiate dance and cheerleading, African, ballet, character, hip hop, jazz and modern dance which have all made her a noted dancer in the Tampa Bay area as well as nationally. Winner of Miss Teen Fitness, Grace is a powerhouse performer. She has been seen on the NFL and AFL sidelines as both a Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleader Co-Captain and Tampa Bay Storm Cheerleader. Miss Albritton has also performed as a co-ed University of South Florida Cheerleader and was a lead staff member for national Elite Cheerleading Camp tours. Her national performance accolades include Super Bowl XXV halftime show, R&B vocalist Avant back up dancer, AAU Junior Olympics performer and Donde Dole African Company. Grace is a featured lead performer for the Busch Gardens stage production Katonga. She also is a part of Howl O Scream where she performs in the shows Fiends and Club X. Grace was also a Special Events Choreographer and trainer for the Busch Gardens dancer cast in 2009. In 2007 she was the IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks) Award recipient. She was selected as outstanding performer for all theme parks internationally. Grace is also a current member and guest choreographer of Bellissima, Cheer Girl Entertainment's Pro Cheerleader Alumni performance squad.

A graduate of Howard W. Blake Performing Arts HS, this performer has graced the stages in numerous appearances with the "Chocolate Nutcracker", NAACP ACT-SO competition performances and University of Tampa Spring concerts. He is an accomplished performer in Ballet,Contemporary,Hip Hop,Jazz and Modern. Come work your sass in this new to BCD class " Video Diva/Divo" that will have you ready to dance in videos!

Dance has been Danielia's passion for many years with Step as her specialty. She has been a Step Master for over ten years and has competed in numerous competitions most notably winning awards in Miami Florida at Memorial University's annual STEP Off. She has coached and trained over twenty winning teams in past years including high school teams, college non-Greek teams, Greek teams, as well as church step teams. She is presently training in liturgical, ballet, tap, and jazz. Her specialty in the dance world is STEP. Taking the step class with Danielia will help you learn the fundamentals of precision, sound, dance and creativity. Just know you will not be disappointed!!!! Kim Gibbs-Freeman
Pro Cheerleaders and Alumni Event Coordinator
Kim Freeman has been performing in some capacity for over 30 years. She competed on a national level in Washington DC in the National Showstoppers competition and at an early age landed lead roles in musical theater for production such as Oliver!, The Sound of Music, A Chorus Line, Oklahoma! and Bye, Bye Birdie. Other credits involve modeling for print advertising, television commercials (aired in Japan and locally in Tampa) and working with NASCAR for their various awards ceremonies throughout the US. She was a part of her High School Dance Team (Chamberlain HS Chiefettes) and Ensemble Jazz Choir (Act 1). While attending Florida State University she was a part of the Pi Beta Phi Dance team that competed in the annual Heart of the Night Dance Competition Charity as well as a member of the University Singers an audition-only group that traveled the state. Her professional dance and cheerleading experience includes cheerleader/dancer positions with the NFL(Miami Dolphins) and AFL(Tampa Bay Storm/Captain) as well as performing in the Halftime show for the Outback Bowl and PreGame show for the SuperBowl. She is currently enrolled at the Little Dance Company in Tampa that will be doing a production of the Wizard of Oz this December. Kim lives in Tampa with her husband and 4 year-old daughter and is the Legal Administrative Manager with Raymond James Financial.

Ronette Wood brings to the convention this year over 27 years of dance industry experience as well as a wide array of leadership experiences to this years convention.Her professional dance and cheerleading experiences include cheerleader/dancer positions with the NFL(Tampa Bay Buccaneers), AFL(Tampa Bay Storm), AIFA and NIFL(Lakeland Thunderbolts) professional football organizations, MLB(Tampa Bay Rays), ABA(Tampa Bay Strong Dogs), and XFC(Xtreme Fighting Campionships). She's also performed for Walt Disney World, EPCOT and Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. As a dance instructor for Universal Dance Association, she had the opportunity to share her amazing talents with high school dancers nationally, and has instructed at other various dance camps throughout her career. Miss Wood was named Captain of her dance line while attending Performing Arts High School in Maryland. While attending the University of Central Florida, she also was named captain of the dance team. Hip Hop I

Participants will learn popular hip hop choreography that can be used on any stage. Wow your crowd with a unique style of choreography at your next performance and surely you’ll get an encore! This class is specifically tailored to those students with little to no dance experience in Hip Hop. Lito will each be teaching HH level I classes at this year's convention.
Hip Hop II
(Int./Adv.)
Hip Hop will be sure to be a crowd pleaser! Participants will learn from instructors who know what it takes to dance behind the likes of Fantasia,Ja Rule, BrianMcKnight ,Brooke Hogan, Musiq Soulchild and many other national stages! This hip hop class will challenge it’s participants to show true hip hop swagger... or should we say "swagga"?!

Latin Hip Hop
Que Pasa?! Come take Demario's Hip Hop with Latin Flava! This class is SURE to be caliente with a smooth mix of Hip Hop and Latin styles of dance. Don't miss it!
B Boy - B Girl
(All Levels)
This sometimes acrobatic hip-hop dance style commonly known as "breakdancing" will be taught this year at BCD III. Come learn to "Toprock","Downrock" and Freeze! Bring your knee pads! Lito will be Top Rockin' with you all this year!
Pom
(All levels)
Face paced and sharp, this class will be full of exciting pom choreography that translates to most stages to include pep rallies, football and basketball games or onto the competition stage. Participants will have the unique opportunity to learn from Grace Albritton, an accomplished performer and former NFL, AFL and Collegiate Co-Ed cheerleader.
Field Jazz
(All Levels)
Participants will learn traditional jazz choreography to include high kicks, turns and leaps. This “field jazz” course will be choreography that can be utilized in a variety of performances including on the football field. Woodrow will be teaching this year's Field Jazz class.
Technical Jazz
More technically charged, this class will challenge the participant to utilize traditional jazz technique fusing it with innovative choreography.
Contemporary
Using dance techniques and methods found in ballet, modern dance and postmodern dance, this class also draws from other philosophies of movement that are outside the realm of classical dance technique. Mady Rae Richards Arroyo will be our master of Contemporary at this year's BCD III. This class is NOT to be missed!
Prop
(All levels)
Choreography incorporating a prop will be taught in this class. Elements of jazz will also be utilized. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from Woodrow, an award winnning choreographer! Sass+Props+amazing choreo= BCD Prop Class!
HIP HOP PROP
In this class, dancers will mix hard hitting Hip Hop moves and the usage of a Prop.

Led by new BCD instructor Marcus Borders, come learn sassy choreo like the stars! Ever watch music videos and say, "I wish I could dance like THAT!" Well get ready, Marcus is bringin' the sass and hotness in this new addition to BCD!
Step
(All levels)
This unique dance style is popular among many fraternities and sororities nationwide! Participants will learn the basics of step choreography, and will learn dynamic routines SURE to bring down the house!
